The selection of rotary kiln will be interesting.
Previous testing of the AVL proposed grate kiln found gas required was 30% less than the standard kiln. The latest quarterly mentioned further testing is being carried out by Metso.
But $150M export credit for the TMT equipment would be hard to ignore.
