So then the your kinda saying the worst scenario is JW will argue of an unfair or unlawful dismissal ? surely the insurance covers Ci1, surely the insurance covers disputes it would have to be part of insurance policy surely, which then leaves the dog fight between JW and insurance imo.
not 100% convinced Xtreme unless JW is goes all in to which if he does then it’s very possible by his unwillingness opening up Pandora’s box that imo doesn’t favour JW.
But let’s hypothetically say it’s true, how does JW you argue he was forced out when he was VOTED OUT of his position not but necessarily out of the company? Perhaps imo when he saw the votes he spat the dummy out of sheer anger pulled the trigger and resigned regretfully ….maybe?
Who knows what JW wants, wait and see on Tuesday, JW today is just a nother share holder ?
