"The supreme court determines their own operational targets. These targets are measured as turn-around times for determined cases and are measured at the 90 th percentile. This means that 90 percent of the cases should have the target turnaround time or less."

The goal is for 90% of the cases to be processed within the set time. This indicates that the court aims for a high success rate in meeting their specified turn-around times.

We are currently at 127 days since the initial submission on the 28th of September. Just 5 days over 4 months. Take into consideration that we had Christmas holidays. With this information, I believe genuine share holders can be confident that a decision will be imminent, probably within the next week or two.
