The paperwork to establish relief from the US Internal Revenue by certifying us (mine is a joint account) has arrived. Otherwise,as foreigners, we will remain uncertified and liable to a 24% U.S. witholding tax, in the event of a sale of our holding. Looks straight forward enough but I will send a separate signed copy for Mrs.Metrader. I think I might get a JP to verify. Just musing out loud but want to make sure I get this final leg correct.Any thoughts?
