That seems a lot of commission.
As far as I can see the commission varies by country but I can't tell whether it is determined by the country of donation or the country of receipt. I expect it is probably the latter.

The pricing page shows commission of 2.2% plus 0.30c per donation for Australia and 2.9% plus 0.30c per donation for the USA. Whichever is applicable, it seems to be much less than 19%.
Perhaps you are in another country?
