    no my point is I bet you grew up in a decent size house in a decent sized block and probably still live on one but expect others to live in tiny houses.

    Rents are so high in Australia true to yields as house prices are so high.

    Let’s just say we cut house prices in half then rents would only need to be half plus the fact that many more renters could then afford to buy their own house.

    You are only defending negative gearing and cgt I suspect because you hood multiple properties and worried they may fall in price, I don’t think you really care about anyone but yourself and your house prices.

    I’ve worked on farms as a labourer when I was young and I’m Australian, the real reason why it’s full of migrants is because it unskilled work and the farmers pay peanuts to do it.
