Did it matter who you voted for? I don't think you know the 50s and 60s. From your comments. Yes there were jobs but you needed to have contacts to get a good job as it is again today. Of course today there are jobs but not many want to work them because the safety nets are there that were not back then. We can go on all day about different eras that cannot be compared. We owe all our children an education and protection to adulthood so they have a great chance in life. When I depart there is no pot of gold for my kids. I posted to see how other Self Funded Retires are feeling. Government has forgotten about this group except to steal their wealth. My opinion as you are all allowed yours.
