Can cars gamble? Where were the drivers? Were they in the casino or finding a safe place to park their cars?
All the homeless around Star’s Ultimo casino are not only committing murders, they are allegedly damaging cars, violently assaulting passers by so it is possible that those not terminated by the vigilantes putting them in dumpsters may not have eliminated all the homeless.
Car parks full of cars may be a sign of a crime wave fuelled by homeless not gamblers putting money on the tables or in the slots.
