I took into account the free option....
Option 1 - you pay 10c each on market for 2 shares and another 4.5c on market for 1 option. You pay 24.5c and you have 2 shares plus 1 option.
Option 2 - you pay 13c in the offer for two shares and get 1 free option. You pay 26c and end up with 2 shares plus 1 option
