Anything less is total failure &AISCis the only measurement of Management performance that matters... No likes on Linkedin, no handshakes with royalty, No selfies with the King,just blood sweat and tears performace for AISC!

AISC ( All in Sustainable costs) Performance BAR is around US $880 / oz---->Anything more then it's down to dogshit Mgmt.FACT !

Aussie $ 1,333 = US $ 880 @ 0.66 conversion.

CMM production = 115,000 - 125,000 ounces , so perfect Peer comparison.
CMM Head Grade = around 1 gpt , slightly higher than us, so we give us a little extra wiggle Room up to US $990 as comparison.

Notes for PEER COMPARISON in Kingsgate's favour :

1: CMM is in Australia where FIFO WORKERS are PAID over 5 x HIGHER than Thailand workers cheap salarys.

2: CMM is in Australia where Electricity and Fuel costs are Higher !

3: CMM is in Australia where Food costs are Higher & have built a FIFO camp & pay for flights where our workers arrive by scooters !

4: CMM will pay tax and doesn't have a 6 year Tax holiday like Jamie has told us many times how he greatly negotiated for us...

So there it is KCN Mgmt ( Top G, Jamie G , you want to compare yourself to PEERS, you deliver an AISC of around US $900 like your Australian Peers...

So in Fact with so much in our Favor in much cheaper Salaries / Fuel / Food / Electricity, then why aren't we below CMM ?

Just thinking about what Jamie on the Webinar was saying about how the board said they deserved the bonuses for years of sacrifice & the board said they could..

Who's on the board ? Ross & Jamie

Just thinking about Jamie saying they made huge personal sacrifices whilst closed, well let's compare there huge personal sacrifices to Shareholders who have received ZERO since last dividend +10 years ago before the Board destroyed KCN from 2011-2014 with disaster decisions that wiped off the shareprice from $11 --> $1.74 & diluted the hell out of shareholders with disaster Neuva Esperanza purchase & Challenger / Dominion purchase..

2023 --> The most disaster recent year for shareholders loosing -40% and being diluted 16%, nice big fat bonus for Ross & Jamie approved by Ross & Jamie.

2021 --- Ohhh dear, What do we have here below ? Jamie said they made a huge personal sacrifice, yet here we are again with a sneaky little $150,000 Bonus to Ross , approved by Ross...... Ohhhh, Slippery Jamie didn't mention this on the webinar did he ? Maybe that's why he has to control the situation every time he talks and not allow shareholders questions on the Webinar to respond to his slippery sneaky words.

2019 --- What do we have here ? Ohhh dear, another sneaky bonus when we most certainly don't even have a licence to re-open so what's the reward here for ? Or is it the first chance they get, they receive some Zurich Insurance cash, so first order of business is slipping some into the back pocket!

So Jamie G on his heart felt Webinar, never once mentions on the webinar the following facts other than Ross made a huge personal sacrifice to only receive $144,000 salary when closed..

2019 --- >$ 90,000 Bonus
2021 ---> $ 150,000 Bonus
2023---> $ 250,000 Bonus.

I carn't even look at Jamie after listening to his slippery Car salesman rubbish anymore... No wonder he doesn't have the courage to call me anymore.

Ohhh dear, looking further back to Mid 2017 when Chatree was closed, you can see all the fingers in the Pig's trough were still big and strong !

So it's a fair conclusion that whilst Shareholders were starving to death the directors were still stuffing there pockets !!

So pull your head in Jamie you little Charlatan, you don't even know what sacrifice is....

Ross is Know 77 years old and his Salary today is a whopping $700,000 , so is he like a fine wine that gets more expensive with age ? Or is he just grabbing back all the sacrifice he made as soon as any sort of cash hit's our bank ?
