I have consistently harassed management to move all coal to Buntok where the coal is readily available to all possible customers. They replied to me that current customers want to pick the coal up at Batu Tuhup. We are still cash strapped which I believe is the reason for not spending the money to barge to Buntok. I hope when cash becomes available that all product is moved to Buntok. Buntok is 20 km or so from Kelanis the Adaro Port barging 50 million tonnes per year. Buntok is actually under Tidal influence despite being 200+km from coast. To my knowledge, Kelanis has never suffered barging interruption from low water level. 1993 to now. Did you know that New Hope (NHC) originally owned Adaro mine, river ports and Full Blown Coal Terminal at South End of Pulau Laut (Island off South Kalimantan). BHP had a great Port NPLCT North Pulau Laut Coal Terminal at the other end of Pulau Laut island. All in my opinion, DYOR
