This presentation plus Q&A is excellent especially the presentation to about 35mins. It clearly sets out the lithium market dynamics and I recommend it for anyone’s understanding. I doubt many lithium investors, from what I have seen on HC, fully understand lithium market dynamics especially how current price impact future supply and future lithium prices.
The authors are cautiously optimistic about lithium prices in 2024.
Joe Lowry ie Mr Lithium apparently stated on X the presentation was on the money.
The only criticism I have is they only compare C1 cash costs which is not the best comparison of the relative costs between brine and hard rock projects since they exclude the much higher capital costs of brine projects.
