speaking of which how much do you think they raised?? they were aiming for $500k as per the term sheet. do you think he got there??
given $500k only lasts 6 weeks, management must be confident on new deal flow or would have tried to raise more.
This in turn implies management are expecting the price to be higher in 6 weeks which will allow them to raise more easily.
surely this is a good thing
