What makes you think that? It's a short month, even with the extra day. I searched for a footnote to the quarterly report, explaining that most of that cash is committed to direct costs at Prairie, so that the Canadian tax avoiders can qualify for their corporate welfare. It must be in small print, though. Will the next share dilution come as early as this month, now that the swimming pool is 10% filled?
