i would say its more likely that NATO enters western Ukraine and we see an escalation of the stakes in Summer this year by Biden pre-election (Dark Brandon). This could have terrible consequences for Ukraine
This would be in response to the Ukraine proxy political, social, economic and military difficulties IMO. We are starting to see blame game and jostling now by Zelensky. Ukraine military has done everything the US and NATO asked and been very creative and clever but it isnt enough.
Budanov will wage insurgency and NATO will enter western Ukraine, id say its more likely we will see a president Zaluzhny than a President Zelensky for the next phase.
