Ok this is very simple and it's written for anyone to understand. Pcl holds the motherload of oil of all the leases in Namibia and it's all connected deep underground to totals and shell's and next doors discoveries so we have to hurry up and drill before they start sucking all the oil out of our lease and bleed us dry. I told you it was simple.
