On top of this is very likely the debit Red5 has outstanding will paid down very quickly with more than double the resource production which is why SLR management know getting shares in RED5 as opposed to vs SLR shares their is going to be a re-rate in RED5 shares to the upside. Personally I feel it is a great merge. Once both companies merged the upside on shares could possibly sky rocket.
