Its like saying i will have a couple of cigarettes a day rather than a full pack.The damage is still being done. How do you feel knowing that your 1956 Mustang for instance may be considered worthless in years to come, i'm sure you have this as a valuable investment atm alongside your other older vehicles. Taxing them higher is not the answer either. Its another revenue raiser without addressing the core problem. All or nothing IMO.
