This relates to the analyst briefing recording, ASIC allege Karantzis lied about the nature of the revenue. If the court finds he did, observers can draw thier own conclusions about his motivations for doing so.



note the costs of good sold spike, which later came out that ISX just passed through one off service contracts at very small margin and recognised all of it as revenue. The equity issued on the back of these circumstances handed Karantzis control of the company, and as a result the power to direct the response of the company to consequences for this alleged misconduct ASIC found had occured.




thats what VISA was saying to the company. Were shareholders told about all this by the company?
