I've seen a couple of blob maps over the past and the shape and location seems to be suggest a confined slope channel system. I suspect it is a bit like Graff. During the Early Cretaceous, the high influences sediment distribution but once we get into the Late Cretaceous, the high is not particularly influential and channel systems run straight over the top of it. IMO.
