For all intents and purposes these zoom meetings are controlled media presentations. We have no way of ensuring our concerns are addressed. They will cherry pick what they want to discuss and skirt around the more prying questions with scripted content. I think Craig will turn up to the next meeting for what it's worth but I'm sure they will be singing from the same hymn sheet.
