This is how I think it will play out (IMO only):
- They will need to announce Glencore funding has pulled out (for disclosure reasons)
- They will try to raise capital again in April at current cashburn rate
- Market will likely not support them again
- They will need to stop construction, but will need to raise some funds to pay outstanding liabilities
It's only when some new money comes in there will be a 249D a new leadership team and rebrand.
By this stage we will be back down to 10s.
