Yep, based on history, that's a view that, although cynical, cannot be easily discounted.
If I were in his position and wanted to keep this company alive until some real progress was made, I would be very careful to avoid CRs which we're just sufficiently large enough to temp DL to take action (call in the debt) which might not be in NRZ's best interest.
