That's when the company shares were trading at $0.001 (during 2010-2013). There was also an option for debtholders (these were managers in the company, Tony V, Nigel etc.) to convert their debt to shares which they took up.
The recap in 2003 (which pakky is referring to) was done at $0.02.
For reference, the average capital paid in per share is at $0.03.
Who knows what pakky's agenda is, he refuses to spell it out. Judging by his current spate of postings urging us to sell our holdings, probably in the pocket of PUDU who are trying to collect the shares they don't control.
