Amount of JC sales
According to the T20, JC has sold only about 400k shares so far.
That doesn't suggest that he wants to sell his entire holding.
Motivation for JC sales
It might be what you said.
Other possibilities include:
* he genuinely thinks that RAC will stuff up the execution of the new strategy
* he's understandably reluctant to benefit from having been proved to be wrong.
