I think ‘non - binding agreement’ in this context means please, please do come in one and all and have a good sniff around and please let us know if there’s anything you like…..anything at all really…
Presumably most of these guys have now done that and they’ve all said thanks so much but no thanks, so I very much doubt that anyone’s still ‘circling’, but yet we live in hope….
As I said in a previous post, if there was a deal to be done I think it would have been done a long time ago, now we’re like drowning men clutching at straws….
