They need to cull the list of Non-Executive Director's and suggest to Roger that it's time to go.
What's Bassett and Sam Wright done for the Company other than suck much needed funds into their pockets?
Leave Sam in the Secretary role. Give Bassett the boot and trim unnecessary fat from the top-heavy management structure.
Roger's time has come to stand down and bring in some fresh blood to re-vitalise the Board.
