Carlturk, I agree the IP has to be resolved quickly before we can move ahead. There is a real concern that we will be left behind if this becomes a more protracted case then what it alredy has been. From the recent posts by PASBOZ, you can see there is lots happening in regards to future energy production in Victoria, we don't want to be left out of the mix here in our own country let alone the rest of the world.
It seems at the moment we have ESI management developing relationships with TINCOM, India, China, Poland, and Indonesia but as yet we have no sealed standard IP and at the moment only an unexamined Innovation IP. It's definitly great to have these negotiations happening but if we don't get the IP protection we need, and soon, unfortunantly these relationships may crumble.
