You asses based on the value of the minerals and when you do that using the quantities you quoted, you get in the ground values as follows using today's prices. It is an out-and-out silver mine with Zn and Pb generating a bit of 'spare change'52.9 M Oz Ag x $22.36 Oz = $11.8B
108,000 t Zn x $2,444 t = $263M
79,260 t Pb x $2,145 = $170M
