On the topic of INT's relationships with developers and construction managers, I have a question that is more out of curiosity than anything else, so it does not matter if you lads do not have the answer of if you consider it irrelevant.

INT reported to the market that it had received the LOI from Accord PG at the beginning of Feb 2010. Feb 2010 was also the time that INT announced to that market that they had completed their move to 19 Shierlaw.

Considering that 19 Shierlaw was the product of Accord PG and Buildcorp, albeit back in 2006, was INT's relationship with the two a consequence of the move or had INT already established relations prior?
