Infrastructure, Infrastructure, Infrastructure, this is always going to be the driving factor for predicted EV sales growth.
ICE - plenty of petrol stations
Hybrid - as above and self charging
EV - limited options ATM.
That is the reason for the fluctuations between predicted and slower uptake of EVs.
Also @kiwi51, Britain "woke up" to the smog issue and it was sorted back in the 1950/60's when they mandated smoke free domestic and industrial fuel burning. That's an historically old London photo from the bad old days - just FYI
