What used to get shareholders dander up with previous management was the huge discounts to the current share price of the time of 40% to 50%.
Totally unnecessary, and a sign of incompetence and laziness and being easily led by unscrupulous advisors such as brokers.
There will be a lot of shares on issue again but not like the crazy number that would have been issued under Mr Discount.
