Big Chance DDR report full year results this week,
After the blow to earnings and divs last year DDR will post a stronger result comparatively. I'm tipping Sales Revenue of just about $3.4m and final div of 16c
A positive update on the PC market will also help market sentiment and DAS will continue to be a growth driver.
I think the SP will pop again on the back of this to mid 12's.
And once interest rates start coming down DDR will also be rerated.
Good times ahead.
