However it is a publicly listed company, when an announcement says Mid Jan for rock chips and they don't arrive, then the company needs to put out comms to say they are running late or what ever the reason they couldn't release it by Mid Jan. - does that make sense - or you get people - especially T2's bailing out for what ever they can get for there stock or holders that think that there is a problem to get out in there droves hence that pushes pricing down and down. When you break that down into simple terms it's called - Communication to the shareholders.
that doesn't mean this thing fell over 75% because of that, lots of different reasons like Lithium price is shot.
say that the CEO of a public listed company just sits on a desk and waits for something to come to him however.
By the way was Dusko given those shares or did he pay for them?
