    Some really significant stuff here!
Successful holes to the north were really expected, as this would match previous geophysical studies and drilling.
Doing some back of the envelope numbers and a complete guesstimate, I am coming up with an extra 150000 tonnes of contained graphite.
That excludes the three holes drilled in the west and north east where they have also found more graphite.
Difficult to estimate what they mean until the assays come back but if they are similar to other holes in the area then Kookaburra Gully is about to become massively bigger.
Great to read they are now considering a diamond drilling program.
Kookaburra Gully has had some criticism due to the smaller flake sizes when compared to RNU to the north and QGL to the south.
The actual flake size has NEVER been properly analysed, and really should be similar to RNU and QGL as they are on the same geological formation.
Currently the flake sizes come largely from Trenches dug into the exposed graphite at the surface and from RC drilling.
Problem is the exposed, weathered graphite was always going to have smaller flake sizes due to the weathering.
The air core drilling actually breaks a lot of the graphite, and creates smaller flakes.
So expect the flake sizes to increase when we get results from the diamond drilling.

    Exciting times...
