Good coments here and unfortunately i find much agreement with, alot of stocks that are now ++A$100M and/or market darlings i traded out to recover losses at much lower levels, AMX is one.
Traded in and out since then a few times but didnt hold on for the major move, warning signs were there early with market cap leading resources and progress at the time. With some exceptions will usually take more political risk for higher potential geological rates of success. Following the money and management experience is one way to assess this, i remember early fund interest on AMX well below 50c.
Africa is now accounting for the largest % increase in new gold discovered each year, and im guessing some serious increase in asx-gold juniors exploration spend and new listings over the last 24 months.
