Sensible conservative observations Katandra. There is no dount going to to be some 'noise', however believe the views of Councillor Parsons and their ilk will be swept aside by the sheer weight of economics and ultimate environmental benefits.

As someone else noted, the ships awaiting coal loading cause more disruption to sea life than this project will.

We'll hear smart arse journalists projecting some sensation but expect the vast majority of people, especially the govts, will support once the facts are laid out and the environmental safeguards explained. Could be bumpy, but I can't see the loony hysterics stopping this project from proceeding IMO.

Good luck all PEP11 holders - it is ultimately a marvellous project.
