It's not the entity I'm peeved off about. It's total disregard shown to SLR shareholder's, not to mention a final board of 8 that'll all be collecting incentives that shareholder's on both sides should be peeved about.
They've done this deal and made certain that they all get looked after regardless whether the result warrants it or not. This whole market has descended into a cesspit of the worst personality traits that society can muster.
I've been an investor for nigh on 50 years, and whilst there was always a degree of shadiness, the last decade or two has seen ethics get completely thrown away.
I'm glad I don't need to rely on markets anymore for to provide for retirement, but I feel for those that do.
