4 years? Really?.

Well, it didn’t take 4 years for those who bought at say 2 cents, and sold at 8 cents last year. That would have been some nice return. A small multi-bagger, but still pretty damn fine return. For some it would have only been weeks, or months. Not 4 years. Some may have even bought back in at the bottom again, waiting for another big hit. Tax sucks, but there is still heaps of profit. I know some bought at the high expecting more, but time may very well allow for their return also.
