Firstly, I am not trying to down ramp ESI so that I can buy cheap shares. I have a sizeable investment in the company and until things turn around for the better, I don't want to put any more money into ESI. I don't have a hidden agenda, I just want to know why the share price is where it is, after all the hype and signing in June. The only thing that I can see to be causing this is the IP. I hope I am wrong, and there is no issue with the IP. I am the same as all of you, I want ESI to flourish so we can make some good money.
Secondly, the reason I haven't been in contact with ESI directly is because from what other posters have kindly posted from their own discussions with ESI, and what management have made public through the media, management seem understandably positive and upbeat. and I don't think I will get a different spin on things.
See Carlturks post on the 27th of August 2010, http://www.hotcopper.com.au/post_threadview.asp?fid=1&tid=1241618&msgno=5667176#5657992
If there are any issues with the IP I am pretty sure they won't tell me, and as for the TINCOM dollars maybe they will tell me Vietnam is in the Easter holiday period now, hence the hold up.
I am just worried we aren't going anywhwere fast and that the IP is the hold up.
On the 27th of February 2009,
"ESI signed a heads of agreement for the staged investment in a SPV by a Vietnemese - based company, to establish a plant for the production of 20M tonnes per annum of Coldry, black coal substitute, over the nest 30 years.
The heads of agreement is between ECT and Thang Long Investment and Commercial Joint Stock Company."
On the 16th of October 2009,
TinCom secures Investment License from Vietnam's ministry of Planning and Investment, necessary for the company to proceed with its investment in the production of Coldry pellets in Australia
On the 25th of June 2010,
The Victoria Coldry License Deal is signed between ECT and TinCom.
Great news, but since the first announcement in February 2009, the signing in June this year, and to the present day, I cannot find one single Appendix 3Y where a director in ESI has put any money up front and made an on market purchase in a company that on paper should be going great guns in the future. At such a low share price, I would have thought the directors would be topping up.
In Carlturks post referred to above, it is said we are punching above our weight, unfortunantly its quiet obvious by the current share price, those punches aren't hitting their mark.
I am pretty sure it's not my posts holding back the share price, but for the better good of ESI and popularity, I will now only make positive posts like Lautrec.
