SLR cash will be perfect for buying out hedge and debt.
Now the time is ripe for picking up budget basement gold assets. High interest rates mean minnows can only cap raise after cap raise. No one will give them a debt facility easily for a good rate.
USA is walking a tight rope and after Biden election we might see a collapse. By that time we will have some prime assets and be primed to scoop up more from the financially distressed.
The unique opportunity means SLR + RED are the new kings of the West. This could be the NST of the 2020s, once in a lifetime opportunity.
