Yeah it is. Sounds complicated (but it isn’t ) but I use it in combination with a 5 and 10 minute chart and you get to see when supply starts to wind out. The volume bars tell you the same of course but I relate better to the numbers. Everyone’s different.
For a bit of fun and dam good practice for yourself, try watching it tomorrow and see if an exit gets signalled? Not saying there will be or won’t be as I don’t care either way but will be watching closely.
