So much misinformation in this thread. No, delisting doesn’t affect escrow. No, there won’t be a fire sale of CRL’s IG6 shares. Shareholders of CRL have the same voting rights as they did when the company was listed. The reality is that CRL needs money, badly, it can’t raise. Now that the company has delisted, MOK is waiting to be removed as director and for the board to be rolled, after which IG6 shares become a sale target (unless sold earlier). Moral of the story is I won’t touch a MOK stock again for as long as I live, no matter how sweet the story is. I hope all of you IG6 holders learn from the CRL losses and not make the same error - we once all thought CRL was a great company just as you think IG6 is. The tragedy MOK has caused CRL is reflected in IG6’s share price since listing - a solid downwards channel and divergence from its listed peers. The smoke signal is there - remove MOK or sell is my opinion. DYOR, GL and stay safe! (Former IG6 holder).
