Yep long way to go in cash terms and happy to wait another 2 to 5 years if that's what it takes just remember my figure of $30 will give me over $10mill.
For example generally you have to wait 10 years for a property to double in price
I could not buy a 5 million dollar property interest would kill me,
the houses i buy are generally $450,000 to $600,000 now to wait 10 year to double is a long time for a fraction I will make with RAC.
