More or less yes. There's a lag time between signing a contracted bed and implementing it. We need to get to 200k beds implemented to reach break even. Currently implementing around 2000 beds a quarter. So if you do the maths of how long it will take to implement a further 120k beds to hit break even it isn't pretty reading. Its a MAJOR issue that is only vaguely being addressed in SH communications. So many key milestones on the horizon for 2024 so the patience of a saint is required as they keep slipping in forecast completion dates.
There's a potential SP catalyst end of next month if we are successful with the DHSC bid for 18k beds. Would add almost $1mill to the ARR. But again how will they implement them?
other than that we wait for FDA approval and role out of the infant app. Both of them keep slipping every quarterly update. JUNE TO SEPTEMBER 2024 is the key period for Painchek IMO. A viewing of the 4 year chart will give you a sense of our frustrations despite the faith held in management.
