This is what i believe shareholders are waiting for a s it does signify progress and the physical commitment that tincom are coming on board, and i believe the SP will rise significantly upon this deposit.
Also i would not just expect the 1.5 mil, but more on on top of that deposit so Arup can start to get a wriggle on, as you are correct its million(s) that are required over the next 1-2 yrs to get the process through to start of construction.
Sorry to disagree with you on this point, but i can see you are speaking rapidly through frustration.
