Well that's the same thing, the custodians work for Aussuper, Aussuper pays them a fee. If Aussuper says you can't lend out my stock, well the the custodian can't. So Aussuper has at least tacitly permitted its stock to be lent out... I suppose its a source of revenue a large asset owner like Aussuper can't afford to ignore...What would be great is a takeover offer, then AS needs to pull back its stock so it can vote it. Love to see a little M&A noise in the space.
