here's the biggest issue for phosphate wannabee's trying to enter the market
the total rock phosphate market is circa 250 million tonnes

of that only 15% is free traded so say 37 million tonnes and of that 30% is non Morocco say 11m tonnes. so in reality this represents a very small market which is dominated by other north African and middle eastern countries.

the challenge then is to become an integrated player (such as LFP) with industry partners in the Asian market particularly China where they are set to move into phosphate rock deficit.
it seems that avenira strategy aligns with most of these market opportunities.
