    in simple terms, he sold 4.166m shares @ 1.56c average which may seem "BAD" but he forked out $300K to convert 20m oppies to shares - so all in all he got 15m+++ extra shares now even after he sold 4.166m

    that is almost 900K by the directors in converting the oppies... NOT BAD !!!

    now what is needed to get the sp to 2c+++ ASAP so that we are all tempted to convert our WCNOE too??
