IMO that was incorrect and a carry over from a previous announcement. The site visits have been completed. I spoke to MNB yesterday and they confirmed this. In their words"the heavy lifting has been completed". They also said they have a level of leverage with the IDC and the IDC wants what MNB has. The words "synergies" and "offtake" were used. It was all very conversational, so don't take any of it as gospel. The loan is currently with the IDC for their final decision, but they stressed this isn't a single meeting or a signature from the big boss, which makes it difficult to put a timeframe to it.
They also mentioned that while the market is focussed on the phosphate project, this will be dwarfed by the Geen Ammonia project.
The closing comments were something along the lines of "there's a lot happening behind the scenes and it's going to be a big 3 - 6 months coming up".
